In Against a Crooked Sky, a color remake of the classic John Ford western The Searchers, Richard Boone (Have Gun, Will Travel) gives one of the best performances of his long career.

Boone plays the part of Russian, an aging trapper recruited to help rescue a teenage girl from a band of Native Americans holding her hostage in the wilds of Utah's vast wilderness.
